Anyone have any data of approximating the M855 with commercial available powder and both SS-109 and 62gr FMJ?

Thanks!

Is TAC the powder used by Federal or any other NATO manufacturers? Or is it just the ballistic equivalent?

Lots of great info there! TAC = "Ramshot TAC," right?
