Didn't read all those words(my head hurts trying to read big words)

40-50,000 Philippine Pesos? That's between $983 and 1342.00 U.S. dollars. Not sure I'll be putting in an order for one anytime soon at those prices....

Sweet, this was one of my main complaints with the fn 5.7 platform. You had a great pistol, great cartridge, Great carbine, but no rifle.

If there was a 5.7 rifle i know a lot of ranch guys would pick it up for pest control at longer ranges. I would have. It will be interesting to see if this takes off.

I think it is still behind the 5.7 in bullet design, but hey the more guns the better the offerings.

I am trying to get a fix on a price. I am sure that it should not be that high as stated above. Let's hope not that is. :)

Clyde

Clyde, it is still in the prototype stage as only about 4 maybe 5 have been produced. I am sure that it is still a few months away yet. Ammo will be plentiful as Martin has 2 factories in the US producing ammo. As far as reloading components the die set is already available and you can order bullets and brass from Armscor.:)

See above Doc, the article says 40,000- 50,000 Philipino Pesos... which would be between $983 - $1342 U.S. John is looking into it, and we'd all be hoping it would be quite a bit lower.... since a new gun in a new caliber in the middle of the greatest recession since the Great Depression is not really an excellent Marketing model... now is it?

For some reason the Armscor/RIA models are priced higher than in the US. Why, I have no idea!!!

Well as far as the recession all I can say is when a company can introduce a new 1911 chambered in 10MM and priced below $600.00 then what more can I say about that!!!! I know..........no other company can and will do that!!:D

I am not saying that Armscor/RIA makes the most affordable, best warranty in the industry and a great firearm but I have not seen one better yet!!!:)

Just my opinions guys and gals!!!!

I have no complaints on the 2 I have, in 9mm and 22TCM. I might need to add a 10mm to that.
