Alharbi has been at the center of debate after he was reportedly set to be deported under section 212 3B of the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA) – “Security and related grounds” – “Terrorist activities,” following the bombing

He had earlier been flagged on a Terrorist Watch list, yet was admitted into the country on a student visa.

His file was mysteriously altered the following day, the deportation order was rescinded and his status was changed.

On Thursday Janet Nepolitano testified before Congress:
I am unaware of anyone who is being deported for national security concerns at all related to Boston. I don’t know where that rumor came from

Nepolitano is now stonewalling The House Committee on Homeland Security on the subject of the Saudi National.

Well, in contradiction to that ugly hag, the local newspaper stated that two individuals in New Bedford were taken into custody for violating their stay in the U.S. They were apprehended as a result of a sweep of the college (UMass. Dartmouth) where Suspect #2 was a student, and some apartments in New Bedford of people he associated with.
