My best bud for 30 years called last night and said "I need to drop off some brass for ya".... Seems he went to a party and some woman asked him what she should do with her deceased brother's "already shot yellow things." My friend said... "I'll take them, I have a friend that can use them."

So far, I have 1/2 of a five gallon pail full of cleaned .357 mag cases, and about 600 44 Rem. mag cases. I don't reload for the 44 mag... but the .357 will be put to very good use!!

The tumbler has been running for about 23 hours now....(it's an 18 pound unit from Chicago Electric)...

I don't think I'm going to need much 357 brass for awhile!!!

Love it when I score a good one!

Sky-Pilot, what are you going to do with the 44 brass? (Hint, hint)

father mike, are you looking for a smith mod 29 or more along the lines of a ruger black hawk?

OOOOH how about a henry lever...
or ruger 77 in 44 mag

Sky-Pilot, I would recommend a Dan Wesson if you can find one. Better trigger than a 29 and, more accurate, handles heavy loads like a SuperBlackhawk.
