What's My Colt Worth?

As many of you know, I am in the process of selling off some of my collection. This Colt is one of the ones I am going to let go. Problem is, I have no idea what to ask for it.

It is a series 70, has the adjustable sights added, as well as the Bar Sto barrel.

As you can see, it has some wear and will need to have the slide refinished if someone wants it perfect. The previous owner carried it SOB, causing the wear. That is no rust/fla

So, what should I ask for it?

Note: some didn't make the reserve.. I can't copy paste that info..you have to go there but $800-1000 would be around about..The last blue 9mm/70 I bought was $700 and I thought it was a great deal.. Sold it for $999

Larry, did you ever put a price on her? Its a nice looking pistol. Not sure why someone would carry it though.

Nice pistol. As my daddy use to say "It's worth what ever someone is willing to pay for it."

That said, I'll bet it will fetch a nice price but have no idea how much.
