The 1911 was getting kinda heavy to wear around the house so, I bought a little pocket toy.

S&W Model 637 Airweight
Caliber; 38Spl +P
Five shot
Alloy Frame
SS Cylinder

So, the 'Or it didn't happen...' pics

Nice looking pistol Dave. When you mentioned pocket toy and Ellison read that I bet he got all excited but he didn't realize that his pocket toy and your pocket toy are totally two different things.

Can't go wrong with an Airweight - I love my 442!

I have a tape measure that weights more than that....
you could really forget you had it.

Nice buy Dave! Those are great little attitude adjusters.

What's your take on the locks? Some don't buy revos with them, some don't care.....I have never had one with the internal lock so, no opinion on them.

S&W's ILS doesn't bother me, I know how to take it out.

Here is a picture of my wife's. It is a 460 PC in 38 Special. It is an Airweight, SS cylinder, ported, tuned trigger, custom grips.

My house toy, a "Target Bulldog." The same as the Charter Bulldog - 5 shot 44 Special, but with a longer barrel and adjustable sights. I wanted the 4" barrel to cut down on muzzle blast.

23 ounces (stainless steel). Any lighter and it would be too painful to shoot!

I am using Federal Nyclad ammo. The best ammo i have found for short barreled .38's.

I like those grips Grouse! Shot mine today and I don't like the Boot-Grips on it. Maybe I can find a pair of those. I'm losing some control with my little finger dangling in space.

Shot it today. Load was 5.6 grains of Power-Pistol and a Speer 158 gr.LSWCHP. This is a +P load. Ave.Velocity was 759fps, groups at ten yards averaged a hair under 2". Gonna bump it up next weekend to 5.8 or 6 grains which is Max in Speer#13. I want at minimum, 800fps with the bullets for a carry load.

Y'all should try a 340PD 357! My favorite is the 317. 8 rounds of of 22LR.
