Where Is Our Knife Guru

I am looking for a good sharpening system to carry in the woods this hunting season, for bear and buck and doe season etc. Any suggestion?

Here is what I take to deer camp:

I keep a Lansky Bladedic in my pocket for a quick touch up.

That's what I use also.

Yup, love my Sharpmaker. Never used it in the woods

I use a Ken Onion knife sharpener at home. It's a pain in the butt (changing belts) to set up and use, but it does keep a nice edge on my kitchen, and other, knives.

I have found that the power cord does not extend too far into the woods though Clyde.

I carry a small diamond pocket steel.

I use the Sharpmaker as well, but if you looking for something small to pocket carry, I would go with the Smith's that Dr. H mentioned.

I think the Smith's is a copy of the Lansky BladeMedic.
