The number of rounds they claim He fired in the time they say He fired them is Impossible by even the most trained shooter! Not by one Man. No way.

I guess my questions would be:

1) Who is doing the lying? And:

2) What would *their* objectives be in lying? What are they trying to accomplish with this "cover story?"
