COTEP Membership Card?

If you have a COTEP membership card and you can not see the COTEP member catagories like the Lounge send me a PM.

Sir, I have been associated with COTEP for a while, but no card in the mail or instruction as to customary actions I should make. Can you guide me to the correct path to resolve this? Thanks
