Around here, the only time anything isn't a "game animal" is when there's a W&F officer around! (Not speaking for myself, but for a lot of Cajuns).

BTW - Mrs. kW3 baked the backstrap from the sow yesterday. Outstanding! No gamey taste or smell at all. Having some more of it...

Went on a little hog hunt this past weekend.
