Thanks!

Makes sense. I thought, perhaps, the "7" did refer to the year. I also was able to find the defunct night sights and they are dated "07". So, all that matches up. Some custom work was done on the gun...

Classic CBOB Serial number question?

I'm curious about the serial number sequence for the CBOB 10mm. I have one with a CZ suffix, C780xCZ and wondering when it was manufactured.

Would the "7" indicate 2007? That would make sense if...

DW Patriots vintage 2002/2003 how do they compare?

It seems not too many Patriots and pre-CZ DWs are still around or in general circulation. Based on production numbers on this forum, DW produced about 3600 1911s during the three years 2002-2004. I...

My wallet was traumatized for sure, but not all...

Colt Custom Delta Elite build Piper Custom

Just picked this up from Piper Custom. He did this Colt Custom Build for me. The grips are my "Starry Night" grips, although I'm sure that's not what Sarge from The Finer Grain calls them. I've been...

A long time in the making.....

Bruce Gray first worked through converting P220 45ACP to 10mm and did an incredible job. That lead the way to SIG designing the P220 in 10mm. On SIGforum, it was been a grail gun years.

I'm also a...

Sight Recommendation - 2007 CBOB 10mm

The Trijicon night sights are faded, dated 2007 and not bright at all. They need to be replaced.

If you have replaced night sights on a CBOB, what did you use?

What would you recommend?

Is...

I expect she would still be considered as carrying on the job since she was doing her job at the time and her job by definition is off PJ property. Then again, I'm not a lawyer.

Thank you on both counts....

Thanks! The gun is a real workhorse and in better shape than others of I've seen of the same vintage, so I'm satisfied with it.

Ever since they came out, I've had the ongoing love affair with the SIG GSR, the original, first run, notorious, infamous, GSR. In spite of all the reported issues, many of which I think were blown...
