Hold on folks.....It was ruled unconstitutional, which in layman's terms doesn't mean squat.
Just like they ruled conceal carry permits being denied unconstitutional earlier this year. Guess what? Sheriffs dept's are still not issuing conceal carry permits, as they are dragging their asses.
Same will go for the 10 day wait. Sadly, it'll go through appeals courts and blah blah blah...maybe, this time next year or so, we will no longer have to wait 10 days to get a gun that I bought and paid for.
Yes, it's a victory, but it'll be awhile before it gets implemented!
