Texas hasn't confirmed receipt of my backup materials (photo, certificate, etc.) from their mailroom. Mailed it 4/2/2012 and it hasn't cleared the mailroom yet
. A 60 day clock starts when somebody walks my package down the hall from the mail room. Least I know they got my money, my information and my fingerprints already.
