Default New from MI

Will admit I didn't know a lot about Dan Wesson, had heard the name, but always seemed to just glance over it without much thought. While I have 2 1911s, a black TRP and a black S&W E bobtail, I wasn't really looking for another one that fateful day last week when I walked into my LGS and saw a .45 Guardian sitting there with a clean slide. The gun I regret selling the most was my Nighthawk T3 (a small portion of the aged carbon on my Wife's finger, so really no regrets, the gun can be replaced), and the Guardian was the only thing since that appealed to me on the same level... so I bought it Haven't had a chance to shoot it yet , yes I know, but time with my 20 month old son is so hard to come by I find it much harder to get to the range than I used to.

Very impressed with the quality, and the only negative is that it just makes me want another T3, so essentially this was a 2'fer gun, just don't tell my wife

Welcome. Keep in mind though, that some of us are the inmates and others are the guards.
