Hey Everyone,
I'm originally from the UK but have been living in the US for around 3 years now. Several months ago my wife thought it would be fun to take me to a range, little did she know what kind of monster she was creating!!! It wasn't long before I had my first handgun.....then another....then another!! Anyway I just became the proud owner of a DW Valor. After a quick inspection and clean I couldn't get to the range quick enough. I definitely made the right choice as it is an exceptional firearm. Luckily for me it shoots better than I do!! I only had chance to put 150 rnds through it but was mightly impressed. My only comment, and I am sure its something I will get used to, is the checkering on the grips, forestrap and backstrap is very aggressive. It does remove any chance of the gun slipping in your hand but only because it's impaled into it!!  Maybe its just me with soft hands but I know my wife never complains.....well not about the hands!!

What area are you located in. I have take a lot of expats shooting, and created many a cordite fiend. If you are in my neck of the woods we can get hooked up and head out to the range. PS post pics. I am assuming the UK, what area are you from?

I'm in Houston, Texas but originally from Manchester, England. Just in case someone asks, no I am not a Man United supporter, I'm the other red! Looks like I will have chance to go to the range tomorrow to continue the DW break in!!
