Hhhhmmmm What the HELL!

I went down to the garage this afternoon to empty my carry mag before the monthly cleaning of my Guardian. I know my eye sight is not the greatest now days. But try as I might I could not find the third dot on my sight profile. I can see the rear pair plain as day but no front dot, the blade is there but no dot.
So up close inspection found the guts are in there but the lens assembly and seal are gone. What the hell, never had this happen before how about any of you guys?


Guess I be calling DW tomorrow...
