Thanks ALL.........

This make my 4th Dan Wesson and they seem to be getting nicer and nicer. The options you get with this pistol would cost you over $3000 if you got it from Wilson Combat. I am not knocking Wilson just saying....

The ECO has a new design on the top of the slide kind of a diamond cut if I had to explain it with the razor cut (Like the Heritage to stop glare from the sights), New designed Heinie straight eight rear ledge night sight (just flows with the top of the slide), Flared ejection port for better extraction, polished feed ramp, Target crown, Single spring guide rod with a flat spring rated at 25,000 rounds I believe, Under cut trigger guard, 25lpi stippling on the front strap and Main spring housing with a rounded butt. Of course custom VZ slim line grips (which I seem to like a lot) - I love custom grips so that would usually be the first thing I replace but I might stick with these for now. Then you add in Dan Wesson's Duty Finish and WOW it makes an excellent true officer size 1911.

Thanks again all,
I will hopefully have a range report and videos by end of the day tomorrow...

Well as you probably know MSRP is $1662.00. I got mine for $1530.00. Once they become more available you might be able to find a better deal but probably not to much.

$1,470 from Dave Severns, at least they were when I pre-ordered in early November 2011. The check for the balance is on its way to Dave as of today so, hopefully, mine should arrive next week.

Ryan's photos are making me drool! What kind of OWB holster is that?

It's ok Jack. No worries brother. Good product imo and they always talk about them on Armed American Radio.
