scott, I actually found that one on ebay a few years ago when they were still allowed for sale there.

It's one of my original obsessions, but I only started collecting knives when I could afford quality.

Of course, you've studied the hand to hand techniques more than me, so you've got that on me. I downloaded Applegate's book recently and planned to start reading it during my vacation.
