Default 9mm NATO in a Rock

Are the 9mm Rocks rated for NATO loads?

A standard 9MM round is rated at 35,000PSI, the 9MM NATO at 36,500PSI and the 9MM+P at 36,000PSI.

The RIA can handle it but I would not run a steady diet of it or +P ammo through any handgun and definitely not through any old 9MM's!!!

Don't the M9's get a steady diet of NATO ammo? But then again, I guess they did get an early rep for catastrophic slide failure.

What was that saying?

"You ain't a Navy Seal until you've tasted Italian Steel"

Or some such...

They did experience failure but I believe they were revamped to handle the higher pressures!!

The NATO and +P rounds just offer more wear and tear on the parts.
