I got 8 wrong but I can shoot the H_ _ _ of a 1911 .

You are right again my friend. Thank you sir!

Since "I" never accepted the Beretta as "MY" official sidearm, I still say 80 yrs.

#3 is a technicality. The M9 was officially adopted in 1985, but I know the first pistol I qualified with in 1989 was a 1911.
