Default New acquisitions,

Given ct's law changes and other recent shenanigans. I have traded off or sold a lot of my now non compliant firearms, parts accessories.

The last to go were my 2 sigs 22lr exchanges kits. What i have replaced things with are the following shown above.

First is the moisin nagant. Picked that up last year.
The second was the Springfield M1 Garand. Not in pristine shape, but it had been on my list for the better part of 10 years.

The third is Smith corona 1903a3, again not in the best shape. no major damage, and mostly unmolested. There are a few things i can replace and update. Again had been on my list for 10 years or more

Lastly A k31 schmitt rubin. Pretty good shape over all. The stock is beat to hell, as most of them are.

It's sad those decisions had to be made. Looks like the start of a nice long gun set.

mostly miffed about my 22 pistols. The threaded barrels would require me to register them. I do not want to have to register anything. The 6 or 7 ar's i sold off, the mags, the ammo. Have paid for a lot of other toys i shoot more. I had not shot an ar in 2.5 years.

So i got rid of crap i did not shoot for stuff i want to learn to shoot. Now i need to find a cmp affiliated club. Anyone know of any? I would like to order bayonets and possibly a few other items .

I often think of moving to CT, as I have in-laws there, and I love some of the seaside communities east of New Haven......
BUT, I hate states with a Fascist or Commie bent to them, read Uber-liberal.
For now, I am safe in Vermont and New Hampshire, where the only gun laws that pass are ones that increase gun owners rights!

Sorry that you had to sell them off.....
