Default SCOTUS Justice Kennedy Just announced his retirement!!!
Fox News is now reporting that SCOTUS Justice Anthony Kennedy has announced his retirement today!!!


Update: Mitch McConnell has just stated they'll move on confirmation hearings quickly (i.e. before the mid-terms - as opposed to waiting until after the election as with Obama and Merrick Garland).


He gets it!
