Default Snow

Snow is nice to visit and fun for the kids to play in, only needed ski patrol once. X-Rays negative. Sledding was what she wants to stick to. One thing I have learned there is a huge difference playing in the snow when it is 25 degrees and when it is 12degrees. Breckenridge is 9092 feet above sea level which makes it about 9088 feet more than I am used to. Altitude will wipe you out walking up the sled hill. So altitude, 12 degrees and a sled hill means daddy needs to sit for a few minutes before we go down. Walking around the area the snow camouflages the rocks that are underneath. It also camouflages the lane line in the road so when I am in your lane I don't even know it. Also when snow falls the cars get filthy. I mean like crazy filthy with filthy icicles. So this Florida boy has determined that snow is fun to visit, fun to play in and fun to take pictures of but not something that I would like to deal with for longer than a few weeks at the most. Dealing with snow from December to March would drive me batty. More pics to come later.

It is 9 degrees with snow showers and windy. All three hot tubs are at capacity with 5 people in each and a couple people jumping from pool to hot tub. I know this as I look out the window 5 floors. Must be the dispensaries that are all over the place here and the guys smoking pot in the parking lot on day one. I knew Colorado was going Crunchy Granola Hippie but between the snowboard bums and the fat tire trail riders this place is a pot haven. I think the place would reek of patchouli in the summer.

I saw enough snow in Norway to last me 2 lifetimes

Only snow I ever liked was cut up on a mirror, and I outgrew that
