Default Fun in the Bush....ings

I had a great fun and very rewarding afternoon today. Yesterday's mail brought to me my order from Brian Challis.... His new concept and wonderful Hex headed 1911 Grip Bushings, O rings for the bushings and screws, 7/32 bushing installer and the GREAT new engineering magic his new BUSHING REMOVAL TOOL. I was going to do the set up for my newest Mammoth grips on the Baron Blue WC Classic. It was so easy and so effective I also thought to tackle the Professional that the POS bushing tool I bought from Midway mangled. Guess what, it popped right out. So did them all. Not just the rest of the Professional but all of my 1911's. Full bore, Bushings, O rings, screws- the works. No heat, no problems, even though they were all Red Locktited and the one was mangled. No sweat. I like this set up so much that I am putting together an upgrade your 1911 grip kit for Karma. To include a set of 4 Challis Hex blue or stainless bushings, your choice, 4 bushing O rings, 4 bushing screw O rings. 4 bushing screws, Blue, stainless, slot or hex, your choice, one 7/32 hex bushing installation/removal tool and the key to it all the space age Challis bushing removal tool. More info on the stuff available at www.challisgrips.com click on the hex bushing link and review the stuff. More info on the Bush..ings Karma Tomorrow. Dennis Check it out and left me know what you think. Dennis

Thumbs up Innovative!

Innovative! This is a Great Idea! Why didn't someone think of this a long time ago? Like Me! Ha Ha! I am Glad these People have these! A little pricy, but likely worth it!
I know those bushings can be a REAL PAIN sometimes!

No freeman shall be debarred the use of arms.
Thomas Jefferson
“Laws that forbid the carrying of arms...disarm only those who are neither inclined nor determined to commit crimes... Such laws make things worse for the assaulted and better for the assailants; they serve rather to encourage than to prevent homicides, for an unarmed man may be attacked with greater confidence than an armed man.” Thomas Jefferson

A gun is a tool, no better or no worse than any other tool: an axe, a shovel or anything. A gun is as good or as bad as the man using it. Remember that.

And shepherds we shall be, for Thee, my Lord, for Thee.
Power hath descended forth from Thy hand, that our feet may swiftly carry out Thy command.
So we shall flow a river forth to Thee, and teeming with souls shall it ever be.
In nomine Patris, et Filii, et Spiritus Sancti.
