Just heard back from Fusion. The wear is typical of their black oxide finish because their guns are built so tight. But for $219 more they can coat it with their black shield melonite finish.. Uh, I don't think so. Mechanically nice piece but I won't buy another nor recommend it to anybody else.

Have heard from a rep at the LGS. He saw something I was going to post on their (the LGS) FB page and contacted his Fusion rep. Waiting now to hear back from LGS. Kudos to Volusia Top Gun for being proactive, but if anybody ever asks me about Fusion I have one brief answer--- Scroom.
