Talking Range day with Dads new VBOB

I bought my father a Dan Wesson VBOB for his 60th Birthday last week. He loves it we Took it out today put 250 rounds FMJ through it and 50 HP. Gun ran like a top no issues at all and is extremely accurate we were just shooting steel. Used Wilson, DW ,Tripp and Act mags American eagle 230 FMJ and ranger T 230 grain +p ammo ran all flawlessly. He also got a Wilson LP2 sharkskin holster, 2 Wilson ETM mags, 100 rounds of FMJ and 50 rounds of ranger T carry ammo.
Couple dirty and clean pics of his new toy. Will be going to one of the smiths soon for some customization. Once he figured out what he wants. It will be Visiting JT Timmons as its his only 1911 as of now and the first he has had since the 80s.
