haaa ellll.... Tennessee is already reciprocal with 32 other states, and we don't want no Kalifornians of New Yawkers handling far arms down here. But I still call for reciprocity. Why? Because driving is a privilege, not a RIGHT... and we have 50 state reciprocity for driving. Why is traveling with a weapon any different? Especially when it IS a right?

When the specter of federal insurance oversight, rather than state commissioners, was discussed, the same issue was at the top: New York and California

In this instance, if the law is carefully worded, these states would have little influence.

What is wrong with Fix NICS? The bench warrant aspect? Screw that. You know if you got a ticket and you know you didn’t pay it. If there is an outstanding warrant for your arrest and you are applying to a background check then get your warrant fixed and pass the check.
