any word on price? I know a newly made M1 is close to 3 grand. A surplus one can be less, but scarce.

they are $699 MSRP, you can get a descent price Garand from CMP after you become a member, last time I checked the price per year was $25..............

Kinda cool but, not the real thing! Actually, right now surplus 30 06 is cheaper than .22lr! Well, maybe not but, it's available at least.

3g? Surplus Garands will run you $700 give or take a few bucks. Unless, you are looking for a gem.
