I'm still an amateur. I'm also fighting some bad eyes (1.25 diopter astigmatism in the right eye). Definitely left eye dominant. But, like everything else, practice, practice, practice. I just wish the "good ammo fairy" would rain some good 115gr 9mm on me.

And, yet, another update! Pinky issue resolved. I can use the 15 rnd mags for the P250/P320 Compact, and place an "XGrip Mag Extender" on each to make it a flush fit. Have three of them on order... Now, to order the mags.
