Thanks but I actually just ordered a rig from one of your fellow Texans ... White Hat.

Now I'm just waiting for you to get your hands on some Tiger Stripe blanks so I can spend some more money in that fine Republic

I have both the Crossbreed and the Comp-Tac. I personally prefer the Comp-Tac because it is a full coverage holster not a slide type. The Comp-Tac is also higher quality. IMHO

Looking at the components and thickness of materials I tend to agree. I ended up going with White Hat so I'll report back in a month or so when it comes in. I struck me as being a higher quality CB variant for a good bit less.

It's all a matter of preference and body type with well made holsters. I prefer the MTAC, but have one that's giving me problems (maybe its the Mimber I filled it with; I'll try it with my VBOB once it comes in).

If you continue to have problems, call Gordon at Comp-Tac.

My White Hat holster just arrived today! That was less than two weeks - their quoted wait time was 3-4 weeks. Good stuff
