surprisingly yes, we expected him to taste pretty gamey but after soaking the meat in a Brine overnight and slow roasting it for 8 hours it turned out very good.

my dad and two of his friends just pulled him up on a little flatbed trailer, and we used a tractor with front end loader when we butchered him.
