Default Luger barrels

I posted the following on the Luger section of gunboards.net. I will provide a link and the information I get but wanted to share the pics here as well.

I have two Luger barrels I need some help identifying. Both were recently given to me by my Grandfather along with a Luger which I will post up later.

The first barrel is a 16” 9mm Barrel that has a couple proof marks and a DWM toggle. The wood handguard is held on with a clip and just pops off.

The second is 11” and is .30 Luger Caliber. It has a serial number and a couple stamps but no other identification, it also has a lug under the barrel about half way down the barrel that I haven’t seen on others.

So any information on identification and value would be a great help.

Better pics of the stamps

A member over there said the 16” barrel with the wood handguard was a kit that was popular in the 60’s and 70’s. Value between $400-$500. The upper that is attached was a DWM upper that went to Finland, and the DWM toggle had been reblued.

He is more interested in the 11” barrel and asked for some more pics to help identify.

A gun is a tool, no better or no worse than any other tool: an axe, a shovel or anything. A gun is as good or as bad as the man using it. Remember that.

And shepherds we shall be, for Thee, my Lord, for Thee.
Power hath descended forth from Thy hand, that our feet may swiftly carry out Thy command.
So we shall flow a river forth to Thee, and teeming with souls shall it ever be.
