I bought an XD(M) 4.5 10 last year to use for hunting white tail deer in the swamp down here. I was thinking about getting a 10mm 1911, but I really like the idea of buying something that I could beat the crap out of and not care. I spent an evening reading reviews online. I couldn’t find a bad one on the 10mm XD(M), so I got one the next day.

It shoots great, and I talked Jim at Panther into making me a holster for it. At first he declined, since he didn’t have a blue gun for it; but he came around, and worked it out just fine.

Nice gun Rick. I have an XSE Commander which is quite similar.

And speaking of Brent he landed at US Armament as project mgr for the new Colt licensed 1903 hammerless pistol.

https://www.usarmcorp.com/manufactur...-pocket-pistol

He peeks in on the Colt forum every now and then

Thanks, Saiid.

I’ll have to check the Colt forum out; haven’t been there in quite a while.
