In a ruling issued today, a Federal judge has declared that the longstanding ban on gun dealers selling handguns to residents in different states is not only unconstitutional under the Second Amendment, but also violates other fair trade provisions of the United States Constitution

A start, but it will be a bumpy road as local gun dealers all over the country will fight like crazy not to have to give up the money they make duplicating the background checks and "delivering" online out of state purchases. Also the gubment purposely created the roadblocks this ruling would tear down. This present government is publically proud to defy the second amendment as part of their agenda to the point of their own illegal activity.

Well, a federal judge from the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals said it was unconstitutional for us to be denied the right to get carry permits and to have to wait 10 days to get the guns we paid for.

Guess what? Still ain't got a permit and still gotta wait 10 days for gun pickup.
