Things have really changed here in Kansas.
We got our CCH rights 01/03/2007
As of today you may carry your handgun concealed without a permit.
Or, you can carry on your belt open for all to see.
Plus we are legal to carry about any knife you like.
Bowie, automatics. Arm yourself!
Just don't talk any smack about Jesus.

wish it was like that here! we just won the right to open carry so we're moving in the right direction but there are still a lot of battles to fight.

Go Kansas. I'm surprised at Florida. For being the state the pioneered and spearheaded the CCW laws of the country (many states copied and adapted Florida' FS 790) the fact that now we lag behind many other states in regards to open carry and constitutional carry, I'm sadden by this. To many "snowbirds" that transplanted to FL and want to turn this wonderful state into the sewage they came from.
