Great kid.....

My kids correct teachers all the time. But it isn't always the teacher....the young teachers were taught alot of this crap when tbry were kids and believe it.

We're doomed if things don't start changing soon enough. What makes a teacher believe desecrating our beloved flag in front of children is a good history lesson? If the teacher hates America so much, either move out, or protest in your free time. A lot of brave soldiers died for him to go protest, but the school should fire his ass for politicizing and antagonizing the core values of this great nation in a classroom.

And the other kids siding more with the professor? WTF? If I had a kid and he/she sided with dishonor and disgrace, she would be forced to learn the Constitution and Bill of Rights before the day is over if he/she wants to eat dinner and ever see phone/laptop again.

Deport his ass......or better yet, stick him in the military and send him overseas. Maybe he will learn a valuable lesson with enemy fire flying over his disrespectful head.

It certainly is a shame how this North Carolina teacher ( and I say 'Teacher' loosely ) acted in front of these students, who should be able to look up to / respect him but what's even more disturbing is how some of the other North Carolina students responded to this awful act:

http://www.cotep.org/forum/images/icons/icon13.gif - "Sadly, many of the teenager’s classmates are siding with the teacher".

http://www.cotep.org/forum/images/icons/icon13.gif - “There was much more support for what he ( Teacher ) did than what I did,” he said – noting that some students even protested by refusing to stand for the Pledge of Allegiance.
