Mail in a couple of weeks ago. Don't work in the same county I live in. Would have to take a day off to do it in person.

Voted today. Normally I would vote on the election day, but primitive weapons season starts Nov 7 and I hope to be in Mississippi in the woods on election day.

Agreed. I would vote early of by mail if I knew I'd be elsewhere on election day but, if I'm in town, I vote on the day itself, in person.

I went this afternoon. Kindle in hand for the loooong lines. I breezed right through. The most time consuming part was coloring in the little circles. Very pleasantly surprised!

Voted today.

You and I need to run. You can manage all the boring stuff ( economy, media, stuff like that) and I'll declare and manage wars. Starting with France. Always start with the surrender monkeys.

Course, we'd have to get married first...cohabiting and all

Me..today

I went ahead and voted early, today. The machines were a bit tricky. This was the first time with a two sided ballot. Apparently, the ballot wouldn't scan when inserted the traditional way. I tried it three times. The official said, "turn it around" (i.e. reverse front and back). I did, and it went in immediately, chugged for a bit, and then said, "Your vote has been registered."

I dunno what that means.... but... I did it. I figured I'd do it now, rather than wait for election day and incur long lines, crowds, overfilled parking lot, etc. etc.... I was out there at 6:55am, while it was still dark, waiting for a 7am opening.

I was 16th in line.

By the way, I noticed that when I went in, showed my ID, signed the electronic pad, the ballot was printed "on demand" and handed to me. I thought they had been pre-printed. Interesting... Not that what was printed appeared any different than the sample ballot I had, but...
