New Thread everyone... a fun one I hope. If you are in your shop, your work area, wherever you work on your firearms... Look around and see if you have anything that you suddenly say... "Where the heck did THAT come from?" or... "So THAT's where its been!"...

I'm willing to start... and yes, pictures are fine.

Looking through the shop this morning for my Sig Sauer 1911 GSR case (it's going for a repair to Dave Severns tomorrow morning). The gun is, not the case. The case is just going along for the ride. Going through the boxes, and actually cleaning the closet in the process... I came across a Taurus PT92 5" SS box, with all the paperwork inside. Only problem is... I've never owned a PT92, never worked on one and haven't got a clue how it got in my shop.

How about you?
Michael

 candy bars, twinkies !!

Well this thread circling the bottom of the bowl in a hurry...

I moved an old door and a couple of boxes this last weekend, and there sits my 2Hp delta shaper and 10 ton press... I knew I had them just didn't remember pushing them back there. The problem is they're behind the stupid radial arm saw that I thought I threw out this last summer. I hate that damn thing it scares me. CRAP apparently I didn't get anything done this last summer...

My first saw was a Craftsman radial.... it wasn't until I got rid of it and went with a Jet tablesaw that my love of wordworking blossomed.

I have a 10" delta unisaw and 6x48 belt sander to go with the shaper. I will admit that I'm a tool junkie. I've got more toys in the shop than I've got room for. But I can always justify a new one...nanner

Ok, here are a couple that I am not sure of.

Looks like a pulling or compression tool.

This looks like a bayonet lug but for what, I have no idea.

By the Millennium Falcon multi tool that lives on my bench.

This is a bayonet for either a Soviet or Chinese rifle, could be an SKS, an AK, an NDM-86 or it could be something else. Any ideas?

Well one mystery solved. The barrel band bayonet lug is for an M1 carbine.

Still not sure what that tool is for.
