me either. if you search the glock threads some guys complained they caused some cycling issues too. seems to me its a solution to proplem that doesnt exist. Just my opinion though.

i was tempted on a build but then figured i line in SD why would i really need them? ;)

Nope..... first I've heard of this product but, then again I don't own G locks.

Worked just fine at the range today. Even the new extractor made its debut.

Nice....glad they worked out for you. Do you lube that thing or is it still a dry application with the cups???

I will have to look into that. I am still under the impression that you don't lube the firing pin assembly. But I could be wrong.

I would tend to agree, but me living around a lot of water it could save me if need be. Only thing I have heard is not to fire hollow points under water as they tend to expand before they leave the barrel.

Correct, Glock is a dry system. Was just curious if caps changed that for sealing purposes or something. That might be why people had issues with them, its hard not to lube up a Glock. Amazing really.

interesting....will have to do some checking on this....very interesting theory.

Any firearm is useless under water anyway. The caps are for draining of water after being submerged.
Interesting to note. When I was in the armorer's course the instructor made point to highlight that the caps could only be ordered from Glock through an agency with a letter from the Chief. I go home and find them all over the internet.

I think this was a hint......

Apparently I did not share the vid here. the guy in the vid bought them from the same store I did. Yes you only may get a 3 foot shot but coming out of the water shooting could save your life.. hence the reason glock only sells them to leo and military,
