What's your current go to for cheap boolits?

I just did a first order form www.bayoubullets.net
A few people at my range have been using their coated bullets so I thought I would give them a try. I also like precisionbullets.com but I cant run their coating in my comp gun. The compensator blows the coating off and gunks it all up.

I just love opening a big box of Montana gold. I need to order some of those lipstick bullets from Acme. I bet my daughter will get a kick out of that.

For Nosler rifle bullets, I try to get factory overruns on ShootersProShop. The overruns are perfectly good. And some of the blems just have discoloration, but are fine otherwise. I shot some Nosler blems in a 1000 yard match a few years ago and they shot wonderfully.

Sometimes the overruns are special runs for other companies that are different than the normal Noslers. For example I've had Accubonds with a different color tip, and often they have a cannelure.

Overruns:

Blems:

Here's an example of how much you can save on factory overruns. These are perfectly good 130 grain 270 caliber Accubonds for $19.95 per box instead of the normal $34 a box.

Want some cheap lead free E-Tips? How about $20.95 per box instead of the usual $38.90 per box (that's almost a 50% savings!)

Simple. For target, Montana Gold Bullet. They are the creme' de la creme' as far as I'm concerned. The quality is there for competition. A penny or two more expensive, but I've never had to pay shipping. Of course, my mailman has refused to pick them up, so I've had to go to the PO to pick them up, but then again... She WAS pregnant at the time. So.... it goes. lol

Your at fault for getting me hooked on Montana Gold. You sent me some a few years back and I was sold on them. Good quality for the value.

Y'all should learn to cast. $16 in lead and about an hour's time gets me 500 .45 boolits.

Seriously if I had the time I would get into casting. Someday though.

I've thought about putting in a full lab-type fume hood in the shop so I could safely cast indoors.
