Those look great - kinda reminds me of Van Gogh's Starry Night! How do you achieve that color?

the grips were dyed blue when they were stabilized, you put wood in a vacuum pot and add resin and the dye, you then vacuum out all the air, this causes the wood to soak up the resin/dye mixture, after about 6 hours you take the blanks out, bake them to cure the resin and you now have stabilized and dyed blanks.

Wow - you're a true artist! I love those grips - makes me wish I had a stainless gun. Although they'd look great on a Hard Hat treatment too. But I already have camel bones on that gun.
