I carry IWB full size 1911, on or just behind right hip.

I tried appendix carry for about a minute once, until I tried to sit down! :D

Paul, just for the record I did wear mine to my daughters wedding.:D

I can appendix carry when ccing the wee M&P Bodyguard 380. I use a DeSantis pocket holster very similar to a Remora one, super grippy on the outside tucked aiwb at 1o'clock. Really accessible when driving, then transfer to pocket when out of the vehicle. Only carry it when dressed in light clothing, warm humid weather, or when using tucked in collar shirts, dressy events and such. Gluck 19 the rest of the time IWB between 4 - 4:30.
