Interestingly enough there are a few here that don't like rails on a 1911. I like them, actually use them and see a purpose to them. Magwells, on the other hand, not so much. Never saw or had a need for them.

I'm just the opposite. To me, a light attracts bullets like bathrooms attract transgenders, plus you muzzle everything you shine the light on. Mag funnels however, are great for us crotchety old farts during a combat reload

I see a few upgrades that are without a doubt well worth it and that I'd consider and WOW, that is nice.

AJ.... do you have a picture of what the gun looked like before the modifications? It would be interesting to compare the old and new looks.
