This is correct...there is actually a "percentage" of sales comparing alcohol to food sales to make the establishment legal for concealed carry. I have never heard of that being pressed.
When I go to South Carolina I can carry in a bar or restaurant, but zero alcohol consumption is allowed. In Florida I can drink alcohol, just not seated at the bar area. |
