I hear you. I was following them for a while because I had purchased one and looking for a second at the time. All the gun shops here put a higher sale value and price on the pre buy out guns.
I probably won't but another colt 1911 but the revolver is on my radar. I am still wanting another 10mm 1911 worse though.

I bought an XD(M) 4.5 10 last year to use for hunting white tail deer in the swamp down here. I was thinking about getting a 10mm 1911, but I really like the idea of buying something that I could beat the crap out of and not care. I spent an evening reading reviews online. I couldn’t find a bad one on the 10mm XD(M), so I got one the next day.
It shoots great, and I talked Jim at Panther into making me a holster for it. At first he declined, since he didn’t have a blue gun for it; but he came around, and worked it out just fine. |
