I bring my Sig GSR to the range on occasion. Its a hit with anyone who shoots it. Why? Because the little holes that develop in the target simply get closer together. Regardless of the shooter's ability. Mine is an early model, before the "Revolution" model came out. No mim parts at all, Caspian slide and frame. Fit and finish was excellent. Not a rail fan myself, but hey, it was my second 1911... so what did I know? Here's a picture:
