Although I currently live two hours away, I consider Saint Simons Island, right off the coast at Brunswick, my home. My friends are there, and I'm linked to them through social media.

Believe me, the local liberals are all over this. "Those kids shouldn't have had a gun: we need to do something to make it harder for criminals to get guns."

This is becoming a political event for the local gun-grabbers. They can't let a tragedy go to waste.
