So will you all be just as happy as you are above if an anti democrat takes over Cantor office?

See above letter from Gun Owners of America ....

Since the district is considered safe Republican, Brat is heavily favored to win the general election in November.

:toast::party:Spent many years in N. Va and saw it become less and less traditional (Conservative).

The rest of Va., including this district, should be pretty safe for this candidate.

So it is safe, just like they predicted that Cantor would would be safe as well. Good to know.

What did the O'Bum do yesterday: said he wants to take guns away from..........those who can do some real damage with them. I felt sick. Probably 'cause I had to look at the lying Bum for long enough to hear him say it.

It could be the message.

Dems are disavowing the Bum pretty regularly and he says THAT!

The thing about O yesterday is he knows his power is downgraded every morning he wakes up. Democrats are jumping ship, they want to hold their jobs. Obama is about at the point where his pen is him only friend, and he best be careful with that or hurt his own party.

There are no absolutes.....Hillary was queen till O stepped on her.

But look at it this way. It's not like there were polls taken, Cantor was considered a shoe-in cause of who he was. Everybody looked the other way, there was NO Way he could lose......like Hillary in 2007.

Keep an eye on the runoff election in Mississippi. Chris McDaniel had a narrow plurality over Thad Cochran in the primary. I know Thad, he lived down the street when he was elected to the House. I even babysat his kids on occasion. He kept in touch with the people while in the House, but as soon as he was elected to the Senate, for all intents and purposes he was no longer a Mississippian, but a D.C.ite.

The thinking is that all the votes against Cochran in the primary will still be against him in the runoff.

I'm seeing that Al Brat, who beat Cantor, will be running un-opposed. Hmmmm.
