:toast::party:Spent many years in N. Va and saw it become less and less traditional (Conservative).
The rest of Va., including this district, should be pretty safe for this candidate. |

What did the O'Bum do yesterday: said he wants to take guns away from..........those who can do some real damage with them. I felt sick. Probably 'cause I had to look at the lying Bum for long enough to hear him say it.
It could be the message. Dems are disavowing the Bum pretty regularly and he says THAT! |

But look at it this way. It's not like there were polls taken, Cantor was considered a shoe-in cause of who he was. Everybody looked the other way, there was NO Way he could lose......like Hillary in 2007. |
Keep an eye on the runoff election in Mississippi. Chris McDaniel had a narrow plurality over Thad Cochran in the primary. I know Thad, he lived down the street when he was elected to the House. I even babysat his kids on occasion. He kept in touch with the people while in the House, but as soon as he was elected to the Senate, for all intents and purposes he was no longer a Mississippian, but a D.C.ite.
The thinking is that all the votes against Cochran in the primary will still be against him in the runoff. |
I'm seeing that Al Brat, who beat Cantor, will be running un-opposed. Hmmmm.
