Honestly I could care less if the kid wants to wear make up or a spaghetti strainer on his head. As long as LEO won't have an issue when he gets pulled over then so be it. He may have issues if he produces an ID but people don't believe it is him but that is a hassle he will have to accept. Maybe his favorite store will turn him down for a purchase because they think he is running a scam on a stolen ID. Getting denied buying mascara at the makeup counter of Macys may cause him to cry his eyes out. Who knows, maybe a ride downtown when an officer looks at the iD and says he stole it or doesn't match the photo will convince him to make sure it is an accurate picture. My libertarian streak must be showing but if the kid wants to do it and it isn't against the law then have at it.
