Of the 10,000 who carry daily, maybe 2,000 have firearm training. Of those 2,000 maybe 400 have extensive training. Of the 400 with extensive training maybe 100 have a true warrior mindset. Of the 100 with the warrior mindset only one person has the inclination to intervene to help a weak person.
